Dry, red, very elegant wine made in Slovakia, from Slovak organic grapes. It was ageaing and relaxing in oak barrels in tuff cellars for 3 years a after 1 year in bottles. This long ageing allowed the wine to express to his beauty and you can drink it now in his the best quality.

Gonepteryx, edition: ´23

Dry, white wine made in Slovakia, from Slovak organic grapes. Gonepteryx is latin name for brimstone (yellow butterfly), which we can meet in our vineyard.

Our traditional and favorite mix of Gewurztraminer (80%) and Sauvignon (20%) created this exeptional wine. This new edition 23 has different percentage of grapes compare to edition 22, but soul is the same 🙂

You will be enchanted with floral aromas and taste of fresch apricots. As in all our wines  fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, botteled by gravity. Made with love, respecting grapes and without additives. Wine is suitable for vegans.

Karbonix

Dry, red wine made in Slovakia, from Slovak organic grapes. Name Karbonix we choose because its carbonic maceration and to remind Astérix and Obélix. David is from Britany and he is their „neighbour“ 🙂

You will find there aromas of fresh fruit, cherries, raspberries. Wine is fresh, light tanins. In wine was left little bit of gentle CO2, to enhance the freshness. Warning: its easy and quickly drinkable.

As in all our wines  fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, botteled by gravity.

Le rosé

Dry, rosé wine made in Slovakia. Aromas in this wine will remind you summer basket full of fruits. You can choose between raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, strawberries…

Wine is full boddied, fresh, fruity. As in all our wines  fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, botteled by gravity.

Macération sauvignon 2021

Dry, orange wine made in Slovakia from Slovak  organic certified grapes. Skin contact – macerated 10 days on skinm then aged 9 months in concrete egg. You can find leechis aromas, floral – roses aromas, with almond aromas in the background.

Wine has gentle taste and amazing aromatics. At the end you can feel soft tannins and hazelnuts. Without added sulfur.

As in all our wines  fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, botteled by gravity.

Dry, white wine made in Slovakia from Slovak  organic certified grapes. Citrus aromas, full body wine, which is in balance with nice minerality at the end. Wine was ageing 1 year in concrete egg, which brought to it the full body and let the minerality expressed itself. Grapes come from the first organic certified vineyard in Slovakia, planted in 1998.

Dry, white wine made in Slovakia from Slovak  organic certified grapes. Wine aged and relaxed in oak barrels for  1 year in tuff cellar. You can find here aromas of white cherries, peach with caramelized apples in the backround. At he begining you feel freshenss with full body and towards the end you can taste candied lemon.
