Dry rosé wine from Slovakia. A unique wine – a limited edition that will not be repeated. The wine has the freshness of a young wine and at the same time the wisdom of a mature wine. This gives it complexity and elegance. In the aroma you will find raspberries, black currants, nuts. The refreshing taste and complex juicy body create a beautiful harmony.
How to describe, explain this wine… A rosé wine that it is everything except rosé.
It is made from whole bunches of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, gently pressed and matured for 26 months in oak barrels, which completed fermentation. Then it was bottled under a crown cap to preserve its gentle sparkliness and freshness. The long fermentation adds complexity thanks to the maturation process and at the same time preserves a lively, fruity and fresh character.
We recommend opening it at least 30 minutes in advance so that the fruitiness can fully manifest itself. Put on some BRUCE RUFFIN vinyl and relax.
This vintage has been selected for the new edition of the Glou Guide 2026, which will be released in September 2026 in France.

Aventure 2020
Dry white wine from Slovakia. It aged and relaxed in oak barrels in a tuff cellar for 2 years and then 2 years in bottles. This long ageing has matured the wine, softened and nicely wrapped its acids, which were high in the 2020 vintage. You can drink it in its highest possible quality. It is still fresh and has enormous ageing potential. You can find citrus aromas, lemon peel, pomelo and in the taste there is passion fruit.
As with all our wines, fermentation is spontaneous, the wine is unfined, unfiltered, bottled by gravity. Made in Slovakia from Slovak organic grapes, with love, respect for the grapes and without additives. The wine is suitable for vegans.

A white, dry, sparkling wine made using the pétillant naturel (Pét nat) method. Our naturally sparkling wine, aged on the lees for two years before disgorging, is made from Pinot Gris. This ageing on the lees transforms it from a fruity pét-nat into something with greater complexity and depth.
Elegant, fine bubbles, full body, a complex flavour with hints of apricot, brioche and butter. The pétillant naturel method means that the wine is bottled during a spontaneous first fermentation that ends in the bottle. The bottles are then rotated in racks and then disgorged * (as in the production of champagne)
*disgorging means “blowing off the lees that have settled in the neck of the bottle”

Dry white wine from Slovakia. Gonepteryx is Latin for Yellow Butterfly, which you can meet in our vineyard.
Our traditional and popular combination of Traminer (90%) and Sauvignon (10%) created this unique wine. Compared to the previous edition, it has a different percentage ratio, but the soul is the same :-)
You will be enchanted by floral notes like white rose, and you will feel the juiciness of Williams pear in the taste.

Dry, red wine made in Slovakia, from Slovak organic grapes. Name Karbonix we choose because its carbonic maceration and to remind Astérix and Obélix. David is from Britany and he is their „neighbour“ :-)
You will find there aromas of fresh fruit, cherries, raspberries. Wine is fresh, light tanins. In wine was left little bit of gentle CO2, to enhance the freshness. Warning: its easy and quickly drinkable.

Karbonix 2024
Dry red wine from Slovakia. We chose the name Karbonix because the wine is made by carbonic maceration and to remind us of Asterix and Obelix. David is from Brittany and they are his “neighbors” :-)
Carbonic maceration highlighted its fruitiness. It is an explosion of fruit flavors – a whole basket of fresh forest fruits, also blackcurrants, chokeberries, cherries. The wine has a full body and nicely wrapped tannins.
Alibernet is the name of a grape variety found in Central Europe and it is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet.

Lukovec 2024
Dry white wine from Slovakia. Lukovec is the name of the hill where Devín is planted – there is volcanic soil full of tuff and stones, with a view of our village. Devín is a Slovak grape variety – a cross between Gewürztraminer and Veltliner red and white. Slovak new varieties were named as follows: white varieties after castles and red after rivers.
The wine matured and relaxed in oak barrels in a tuff cellar for 1 year. Our Slovak “GRAND CRU”. Very elegant and subtle wine. You will find very complex fruity-floral-herbal aromas such as peaches, thyme, jasmine flowers, hazelnut and honey. Light, smooth and soft in taste with pleasant acidity and refreshing minerality at the end – which is the character of the “terroir” from which it comes.

Macération sauvignon 2023
Dry orange wine made in Slovakia. The grapes were macerated for 8 days on the skins. The wine then aged for 10 months in a Nomblot concrete egg with a volume of 1750 liters. You will find floral aromas like rose, fruity like pear. The wine has an orange color, is soft but has an amazing aroma. At the end you can smell nice, very soft tannins, the taste is soft and fresh.
