MACÉRATION SAUVIGNON 2021

Dry, orange wine made in Slovakia from Slovak  organic certified grapes. Skin contact – macerated 10 days on skinm then aged 9 months in concrete egg. You can find leechis aromas, floral – roses aromas, with almond aromas in the background. Wine has gentle taste and amazing aromatics. At the end you can feel soft tannins and hazelnuts. Without added sulfur.

As in all our wines  fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, botteled by gravity. Made with love, respecting grapes and without additives.

Maceration: 10 days on skin

Maturing: matured in a concrete egg shaped tank for 9 months

Alcohol: 13,0% vol

Total sulfur (sulfur dioxide): 4 mg/l

Free sulfur:  2 mg/l

Residual sugar: 0,1 g/l
